That man may succeed not only in following the restrictions imposed to him by others, but in imposing restrictions himself thoughtfully and in silence.

     Sometimes this needs a great power in order to be accomplished, because the urge from inside is very strong.

     Stopping such a tendency with our own powers is the first pulsation of the spiritual man to be born.

     This pulsation brings to light every spiritual creation. This is the pedestal, on which our civilization stands. This is the first step of the spiritual ladder. This distinguishes man among other beings. This will bring us to him.

     This pulsation is the power that will bind the arms of the organically healthy criminal before the crime, in order to raise him to the exalted position of leader of an excellent civilizing movement.

     This pulsation is the shield that will protect us from the blows of the social environment.
